Unboxing Video: Attach a full video of the unboxing as evidence. This step is essential for our verification process.

Return the Product: Once verified, we will initiate the return process. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Dispatch: Upon receiving the returned item, your exchange will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
